Key Responsibilities

● Identify and research potential B2B customers through cold calling, LinkedIn, email

outreach, online research, and other channels.

● Initiate conversations with prospects and introduce the company's products and

solutions.

● Understand the client's requirements, challenges, and business needs through

effective conversations.

● Qualify leads and share relevant client requirements with the Sales team.

● Coordinate and schedule product demos and discovery meetings with qualified

prospects.

● Assist in product demonstrations by clearly explaining basic product capabilities and use

cases.

● Follow up with prospects to confirm meetings, demos, and further discussions.

● Maintain accurate lead information and interaction details in the CRM.

● Work closely with the Sales Representative to ensure a smooth handover of qualified

leads.





● Consistently achieve assigned lead generation and qualified meeting targets.

Requirements

● 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or

Tele-sales.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Robust confidence and clarity while speaking with prospective clients.

● Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with recent prospects.

● Ability to understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

● Good prospect research and lead qualification skills.

● Exposure to B2B technology,

Pay: ₹30,539.45 - ₹40,703.46 per month
