We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our jewellery retail store at MG Road, Ernakulam.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling customer interactions, and supporting front and back-office activities as required.

Requirements
Positive and customer-focused approach towards customer relations
Good communication skills and basic language handling in English, Hindi & Malayalam
Willingness to work in both front office and back office as and when required
Valuable interpersonal skills and skilled attitude
Freshers with any degree are welcome to apply

Salary & Perks
₹12,000/month – Basic candidate
₹15,000/month – Upgraded candidate
₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month – Experienced candidates
₹3,000 additional accommodation allowance for candidates from other districts
