Nova IVF Fertility is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to manage outpatient department activities and support patient care. The role requires a responsible and patient-focused individual who can ensure smooth coordination in the OP setting.
Salary
₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month (in hand), based on experience
Work Hours
This is a full-time role with a 9-hour work schedule per day. This position follows a day shift only. There is no night shift.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate outpatient department activities.
Assist doctors during patient consultations and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure cleanliness and adherence to clinical protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.
Qualifications and Experience
GNM or BSc Nursing qualification is required.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Positive communication and patient handling skills are essential.
