Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for our facility management business. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in handling blue-collar/mass workforce, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for facility management staff.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and employee documentation.
Manage high-volume recruitment for housekeeping, security, maintenance, supervisors, and other facility staff.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records, and HR reports.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate with clients and operations teams regarding manpower requirements and employee-related issues.
Monitor attrition, absenteeism, and employee retention.




Conduct employee engagement and training activities.
Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of statutory licenses and documentation.
Prepare regular HR MIS and manpower reports for management.
Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented across sites.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Human Resources, or a related field.
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the facility management, housekeeping, security, hospitality, retail, or other manpower-intensive industries.
Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience handling large blue-collar workforces.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.

Pay: ₹35,645.94 - ₹54,628.65 per month
