We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage the company's billing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, processing payments, maintaining accurate billing records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and error-free billing.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Verify billing information, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
Maintain billing records and customer account information.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams for billing-related queries.
Process credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.




1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP.
Good understanding of GST and taxation is an added advantage.
