Job Summary

We are looking for a Facility Manager to manage the overall cleanliness, housekeeping, hygiene, and day-to-day facility activities of the company premises. The candidate will be mainly responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workplace, including washrooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise housekeeping and cleaning activities.
Ensure proper cleaning and hygiene of washrooms on a regular basis.
Monitor cleanliness of office areas, factory areas, corridors, pantry, and common areas.
Ensure timely cleaning and proper maintenance of washroom facilities.
Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily work.
Check availability of cleaning materials, toiletries, and hygiene supplies.
Maintain proper garbage collection and disposal.
Coordinate with housekeeping agencies and external service providers.




Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
Handle facility-related complaints and take immediate corrective action.
Maintain a clean and protected workplace for employees and visitors.
Support basic facility maintenance and coordinate with technicians when required.
Prepare basic housekeeping and facility-related reports.

Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Previous experience in housekeeping, facility management, factory, office, hotel, hospital, or similar environments is preferred.
