Plan and manage day-to-day project activities from initiation through completion.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and targets.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources effectively.
Monitor project costs, material consumption, manpower utilization, and overall resource utilization.
Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and operational challenges and take appropriate corrective action.
Conduct regular site/project meetings and maintain proper meeting records and action points.
Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, measurements, and handover activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable statutory regulations.
Verify work completion and coordinate with the relevant teams for billing, measurements, and documentation.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly,



and monthly project progress reports.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, schedules, correspondence, approvals, and other project records.
Coordinate with clients and resolve project-related issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor contractor and vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Ensure effective communication between management, site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Escalate major project issues, cost variations, delays, and risks to the Executive Director in a timely manner.
Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
Support project closure activities, including documentation, final measurements, pending works, and handover records.
Perform any other project-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
