Key Responsibilities
Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and stock management of medicines.
Check prescriptions for accuracy and identify potential medication-related issues.
Maintain pharmacy records, stock registers, and expiry tracking.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding medication requirements.
Monitor near-expiry and expired medicines and ensure proper segregation.
Follow hospital pharmacy policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
Provide appropriate guidance to patients regarding medication usage when required.
Requirements
B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
Valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council registration.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
