Job Description

Shri Ji Irrigation is looking for motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executives to support our agri-business operations. The role involves selling and promoting modern farming solutions such as poly house, net house, greenhouse, and irrigation systems through tele-calling.

This is a fully target-based, office-based position suited for candidates with robust communication skills and a willingness to learn agri products.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain agri products and services clearly and confidently
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer data using CRM software
Update daily sales activities and call records accurately
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets





Required Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of CRM is mandatory
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
Polite, skilled, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Teamwork and time-management skills

Eligibility
Freshers can apply if they have strong communication and target-achieving skills
Prior experience in tele sales or agri-related sales is an advantage
Languages: Hindi required; basic English preferred
