Position Title: Senior Software Developer (ASP.Net Core MVC)

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment.
Design, develop, and enhance scalable web-based applications using modern .NET technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop intuitive and user-friendly web interfaces and support n-tier front-end/back-end development.
Integrate applications with third-party platforms, external systems, and APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and functionality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship in architecture principles, cloud-native patterns, coding best practices, and development workflows.
Establish and manage development environments, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery processes.
Maintain, support, and continuously improve existing applications, ensuring high performance, stability, and reliability.
Proficient in maintenance and optimization, with strong capability to support development and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify prospects for optimization and continuous improvement in processes and execution.

Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related field.
6–9+ years of professional experience in software engineering, covering analysis, design, implementation, enhancement, support & deployment, and system optimization.
Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written proficiency.

Specific Knowledge & Requirements
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and enterprise-grade backend development.
Solid knowledge of databases including SQL-based querying, reporting, and optimization.
Experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS, and modern front-end practices.
Hands-on experience with source control systems, development tools, and third-party integrations.
Proven ability to work with Web APIs, Web Services, and external vendor systems.
Solid expertise in performance, enhancement, maintenance, optimization, support, and executing day to day activities.
In-depth experience working in Windows-based environments; familiarity with Linux systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
