Role Overview

We are looking for a CSR Executive to coordinate and execute CSR initiatives, with a major focus on women empowerment, skill development, financial awareness, community welfare and social-impact programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate CSR activities and awareness programmes.
Coordinate women skill-development and financial-awareness programmes.
Understand women’s skills and interests and support suitable income-generation opportunities.
Create awareness about small businesses, self-employment and livelihood opportunities.
Support beneficiaries in understanding basic business requirements and loan/financial assistance processes.
Coordinate with NGOs, financial institutions, trainers and other partners.
Conduct field visits, interact with beneficiaries and provide regular follow-up.
Coordinate health, education, road-safety and community-welfare initiatives.




Maintain beneficiary records, documentation and activity reports.
Prepare CSR MIS, reports and presentations.
Track programme progress, participation and impact.
Support environmental and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements
Graduate in Social Work, CSR, Management, Development Studies or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO, social projects or community development.
Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Valuable documentation, reporting and follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel for field activities.
Experience in women empowerment, skill development or financial-awareness programmes will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,240.08 per month
