Key Responsibilities-:
Shift Management: Plan, organize, and assign daily tasks to meet production targets.
Quality Control: Monitor products and equipment to ensure high-quality standards.
Safety Enforcement: Enforce health and safety rules on the floor.
Staff Training: Train, coach, and mentor current and existing team members.
Problem Solving: Fix machinery or workflow delays quickly.
Reporting: Track metrics and report shift progress to senior managers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
