Tender Executive - Services

We are looking for a Tender Executive with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in tender bidding and management, particularly in Manpower/Staffing, IT Services, and Skill Development tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and track Government, PSU, and other relevant tender opportunities.
Handle the complete tendering process from tender identification to final submission.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
Manage tender submissions through GeM and other B2G/e-procurement portals.
Coordinate with internal teams for required documents, technical inputs, credentials, and financial information.
Monitor deadlines, corrigendums, clarifications, EMDs, and other bid requirements.
Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, results, and ongoing opportunities.





Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of relevant tender-bidding experience.
Prior experience in Manpower/Staffing, IT Services, and Skill Development tenders is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with GeM and B2G/e-procurement portals.
Positive understanding of tender documentation, eligibility criteria, technical compliance, and bid submission procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Robust documentation, coordination, communication, and deadline-management skills.
