Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Lead Engineer to oversee civil engineering and construction-related activities at our project location in Alibag, Maharashtra. The position will be responsible for coordinating site activities, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely execution of assigned civil works.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil engineering activities at the site.
Monitor construction work according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Check the quality and progress of civil works.
Review drawings, quantities, and material requirements.
Monitor manpower and material utilization at the site.
Identify and resolve routine technical issues related to civil works.




Maintain site records, measurements, and progress reports.
Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety and quality requirements.
Support planning and timely completion of assigned civil works.

Qualification

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.

Experience

Relevant experience in civil construction, site execution, or project work will be preferred.

Knowledge of civil construction practices

Understanding of engineering drawings
Basic documentation and reporting skills
Ability to coordinate with contractors and site teams
