We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Software Trainer to provide practical, industry-oriented training in PCB design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and manufacturing documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on PCB Design and EDA software.
Train candidates in schematic design, PCB layout, routing, and component placement.
Provide hands-on training in Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD/Allegro, Eagle, or similar tools.
Explain PCB design rules, design constraints, layer stack-up, and routing techniques.
Train candidates on Gerber files, drill files, BOM generation, and manufacturing documentation.
Teach Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT) concepts.
Conduct practical projects and evaluate trainee performance.
Guide trainees in troubleshooting PCB design and layout issues.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and project-based exercises.
Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in PCB Design and Layout.
Proficiency in at least one major PCB design software.
Good knowledge of schematic capture and PCB routing.
Understanding of analog/digital electronics and electronic components.
