Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale civil projects, including infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial developments.
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and progress.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, procurement, and approvals. environmental requirements. Documentation for stakeholders and senior leadership, and site teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress
Oversee contract negotiations and vendor management
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory.
Prepare detailed project reports and presentations.
Mentor and lead junior project managers and engineers
