Hiring experienced candidates only with prior experience in Live Chat Process.
Handle customer queries and provide quick, accurate resolutions through live chat.
Excellent written English communication and robust typing skills required.
Ability to manage multiple chats, multitask, and meet response-time targets.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
