Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead with 8+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in leading Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, designing AI solutions, and guiding teams through the complete AI solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI/ML engineers and development teams
Design scalable and production-ready AI architectures and solutions
Drive AI projects from requirement gathering and solution design through development, deployment, and production support
Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and data teams to identify and implement AI use cases
Review technical designs, models, code,



and overall solution quality
Establish best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and governance
Mentor team members and support technical decision-making
Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and business requirements

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of relevant technology experience
Solid experience working as an AI Lead is mandatory
Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-level AI solutions
Strong knowledge of AI/ML development and deployment lifecycle
Experience leading technical teams and driving AI projects
Solid problem-solving, architecture, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work with cross-functional engineering and business teams

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
