We are looking for a technically solid and experienced Site Manager responsible for the end-to-end execution and successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of site execution from project commencement to completion and handover.
Manage and supervise all day-to-day construction activities at site.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
Read, interpret, and implement architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, QS, design, and project teams.
Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues independently.
Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship and safety compliance.
Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing,



snag rectification, and final handover.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
Take responsibility for timely completion and overall site performance.

Required Skills:
Strong technical and practical knowledge of construction execution.
Proven experience in end-to-end project execution and site management.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage site activities and teams.
Solid knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Experience: 10 –15 Years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
