We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer – Civil to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction and site execution activities.
Plan daily work schedules and coordinate tasks with site teams.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
Maintain accurate site records, including material receipts, labour attendance, and work progress.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly project progress reports.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
Assist with quantity estimation, material planning, and cost control.
Identify site-related issues and coordinate timely solutions to avoid project delays.
Attend project review meetings and provide regular updates on site progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Experience in high-rise buildings and villa projects is preferred.
Experience in commercial construction will be an added advantage.
Positive understanding of construction drawings and site execution processes.
Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
