The position will provide legal assistance to highway project offices, particularly in contractual, arbitration, legislative and land acquisition matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support to project offices.
Assist in contract-related matters.
Support arbitration proceedings and documentation.
Assist with legislative and regulatory matters.
Support land acquisition-related legal activities.
Coordinate with legal consultants and empaneled law firms.
Maintain legal records and project documentation.
Eligibility
Degree in Law from a National Law School.
Experience in an NHAI-empaneled law firm is preferred.
Relevant experience in contractual matters, arbitration, legislative matters and land acquisition.
Monthly Remuneration
The consolidated remuneration will be increased @ 5% for each succeeding year subject to satisfactory performance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
