About the Role

Pearls IT Hub is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid interest in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential leads.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Promote and effectively communicate company services to prospective customers.
Manage sales enquiries, lead follow-ups, and client interactions.
Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.
Contribute to marketing initiatives and overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements




1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is an added advantage.
