Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling accounting entries, preparing reports, supporting taxation and compliance activities, and ensuring smooth financial operations in line with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate should possess solid accounting knowledge, valuable analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records accurately.
Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Prepare daily cash flow statements and assist in bank reconciliation.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain petty cash and monitor day-to-day financial transactions.
Assist in GST-related accounting documentation and compliance activities.
Prepare MIS reports and basic financial statements for management review.
Support monthly closing activities and internal/external audits.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.




Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
Follow company accounting policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work accurately under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of GST filing procedures.
Familiarity with inventory and stock-related accounting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
