Safely drive the company vehicle.
Pick up and drop on time.
Travel to different locations within the city as instructed.
Deliver documents, parcels, or small company materials when required.
Keep the vehicle clean and in positive condition.
Check fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, and other basic vehicle requirements.
Inform the manager about any vehicle repair or maintenance needs.
Take the vehicle for servicing and maintenance when required.
Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
Maintain a record of daily trips, kilometres travelled, and fuel usage.
Plan the route to reach the destination on time.
Use GPS or navigation apps when required.
Maintain punctuality and be available as per company requirements.
Behave politely and professionally with employees, customers, and visitors.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and employee travel.
Perform other duties assigned by the management related to transportation.
