Role Purpose:
To increase retail sales, improve local brand visibility, and support customer acquisition through store-level marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Support stores in achieving monthly sales targets.
Plan and execute local promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
Identify corporate, institutional, bulk-sales, and local partnership prospects.
Coordinate mall, hypermarket, exhibition, and promotional activities.
Conduct competitor visits and report on pricing, products, promotions, and market trends.
Develop relationships with nearby businesses, residential communities, and event organizers.
Coordinate promotional materials, displays, offers, and campaign execution.
Support new store openings and product launches.
Track campaign expenses, leads, conversions, and sales generated.
Work with the digital marketing and design teams for local campaigns.




Collect store and customer feedback for improving products and promotions.
Prepare weekly sales and marketing activity reports.

Requirements:
Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, field marketing, or business development.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field visits and promotional activities.
Knowledge of the local market and Malayalam/English; Tamil would be an advantage for Coimbatore.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
