Role Overview
Utkarsh Global Foundation is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan and execute impactful events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and passionate about driving social change through well-managed events.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute events from concept to completion
Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and partners
Manage event logistics and on-ground operations
Ensure smooth execution of all event activities
Promote events through social media and outreach initiatives
Handle event timelines, budgets, and reporting
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in event coordination
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to work flexible schedule based on event schedules
Passion for social work and community engagement
