Tendering Engineer – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable Tendering Engineer with strong expertise in Government Tendering, Tender Documentation, and Office Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete Government Tendering processes from tender search to submission.
Prepare and manage technical and commercial tender documents.
Have strong knowledge of GeM, e-Tendering portals, government tenders, EMD, BOQ, eligibility criteria, and tender conditions.
Prepare quotations, comparative statements, BOQs, compliance sheets, and other tender-related documents.
Maintain proper office records and documentation.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Prepare professional reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and tender documentation.




Coordinate with clients, vendors, departments, and internal teams.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper follow-up.
Solid communication, documentation, and organizational skills are required.

Preferred Candidate:

A smart, responsible, detail-oriented qualified with strong knowledge of Government Tendering, Documentation, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferably with relevant experience in tendering and office management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
