JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day O&M; activities for EV chargers across multiple locations
Supervise field engineers and technicians, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure prompt resolution of breakdowns
Forecast and manage requirements for materials, tools, equipment, and manpower for O&M; activities
Manage third-party vendors for site maintenance and spare parts
Track charger uptime, reliability, and overall network health; generate O&M; performance reports
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company standards during all operations
Oversee site upgrades, module replacements, and integration of current technologies
Handle escalated technical issues and coordinate with the support team for quick resolutions

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
