Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert property sales leads
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Maintain regular client follow-ups and negotiations
Build relationships with buyers, owners, builders and channel partners
Stay updated with Zirakpur projects, locations and market trends
Drive sales and successfully close property deals

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience
Robust knowledge of Zirakpur real estate is essential
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented and professionally presented
Proven sales performance will be an advantage
