Handle end-to-end purchasing of hardware and construction materials.
Source materials such as cement, steel, pipes, fittings, electrical items, plumbing materials, fasteners, tools, paints, adhesives, safety equipment, and other construction-related products.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
Negotiate price, quality, payment terms, credit period, delivery schedule, and other commercial terms.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requirements.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with site teams, stores, engineering, accounts, and project managers to understand material requirements.
Verify material specifications, quantities, brands, and quality before ordering.
Coordinate with stores for receipt and inspection of purchased materials.
Resolve issues related to shortages, damaged materials, incorrect supplies,



and quality discrepancies.
Maintain vendor records, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and other procurement documents.
Monitor market prices and identify prospects for cost savings.
Develop alternate suppliers to avoid material shortages and dependency on a single vendor.
Monitor pending purchase orders and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and vendor payments.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company purchase procedures.
Prepare periodic purchase reports covering orders, costs, pending deliveries, and savings.
Support project teams in urgent and time-sensitive procurement requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
