Job Title: Student Counsellor – Study Abroad
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Counsel and guide students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission processes.
Provide accurate information on study destinations including UK, Canada, Australia, and other countries.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
Handle student enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and convert prospects into applications.
Achieve monthly and assigned sales targets set by management.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely conversion.
Assist students throughout the counselling and admission process.
Maintain proper records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams for smooth application progression.
Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, courses, and study abroad opportunities.
Build robust relationships with students and parents through skilled and effective communication.
