Designation : Senior Recruiter

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment metrics and ATS records.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience.
Experience in IT, non-IT, or staffing recruitment.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.

Preferred Skills
Team leadership experience.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics.
Experience hiring at senior and managerial levels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
