Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of security services with broader organizational objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
Experience in managing access controls, user provisioning, and role management within SAP environments.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements related to SAP systems.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues and vulnerabilities.
Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
