We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production & Quality Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure high-quality standards across all manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production activities and ensure smooth workflow
Plan, monitor, and optimize production schedules
Maintain stock, raw material, packaging material, and inventory records
Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control processes
Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, SOPs, and company standards
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams
Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues
Maintain production reports, batch records, and documentation




Lead and train production staff to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field
Experience in production and quality management (Food/Nutraceutical/FMCG industry preferred)
Robust knowledge of inventory management, quality systems, and manufacturing processes
Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
