Key Responsibilities:
Generate a consistent pipeline of admission leads through ATL and BTL marketing initiatives, including school seminars, open seminars, and promotional activities across the assigned territory.
Drive admission targets by conducting regular school visits and building relationships with principals, coordinators, teachers, and key management personnel for business development.
Deliver a positive customer experience through home visits, providing personalized counselling to students and parents, addressing their concerns, and converting prospects into confirmed admissions.
Develop recent business prospects by establishing and maintaining solid relationships with local tuition teachers and educational influencers.
Follow organizational policies, internal processes, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and effective execution of admission activities.

Pay: ₹11,803.29 - ₹41,745.99 per month
