Job Summary :-

Star Bottles is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Marketing to lead marketing initiatives, manage customer relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage and strengthen customer relationships through effective CRM practices.
Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
Monitor customer feedback, requirements, and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.




Guide and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets.

Qualifications
MBA in Marketing preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience, particularly in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in multiple languages will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/marketing tools.
Robust analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
