We are looking for an experienced qualified to join our hospital team and take responsibility for the daily coordination of the laboratory department.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily work of the department.
Organize team activities and staff schedules.
Support smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with other hospital departments.
Maintain necessary records and reports.
Ensure required materials are available.
Guide and support team members.
Monitor daily work activities.
Assist with team orientation and training.
Communicate department-related matters to the management team.
Complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.
Preferred Profile
Relevant laboratory qualification.
Previous experience in a hospital or laboratory environment preferred.
Previous team coordination experience is an advantage.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
