Functional Skill-

· Purchasing, selling, repairing, maintenance and the daily work of machines and plants involved in construction of roads

· Should have experience of plants such as (Hot mix Plant, Batch Mix Plant, WMM Plant, Drum Mix Plant, paver )

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire mechanical department for road/highway construction projects.
Oversee procurement, deployment, operation, maintenance, and repair of all construction plants and machinery.
Ensure smooth daily operation of construction equipment including:
Hot Mix Plant
Batch Mix Plant
WMM Plant
Drum Mix Plant
Asphalt Paver
Tippers and other road construction machinery
Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Monitor machinery performance, fuel consumption, spares usage, and maintenance costs.




Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely availability of equipment.
Handle purchase, sale, hiring, and disposal of machinery and spare parts.
Maintain compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations related to mechanical operations.
Prepare and review mechanical reports, budgets, and MIS for management.
Lead, train, and supervise the mechanical team including engineers, supervisors, operators, and mechanics.
Support project execution by ensuring equipment readiness as per construction schedules.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
