Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – FMCG

Softin is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and expand our FMCG product range, including sanitary napkins, wet wipes and diapers.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, building relationships with retailers and distributors, and increasing product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote Softin products, including sanitary napkins, wipes and diapers.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors and potential customers.
Generate new leads and develop recent sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Coordinate with the sales and management team.




Submit regular sales and field visit reports.

Requirements:
Experience in FMCG sales or marketing is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills may also apply.
Ability to travel for field marketing and sales activities.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
