•B.Tech/B.E. in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
•Strong understanding of logistics KPIs and real-world operations such as transportation planning, warehousing, and last‑mile delivery.
•Excellent client-facing, communication, and documentation skills, including ability to translate business problems into transparent requirements.




•Hands-on exposure to logistics systems like SAP TM, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, or similar platforms.
•Solid background in logistics analytics, with ability to work on large datasets and draw actionable insights.
•Proficiency in SQL for analysis (mandatory); familiarity with Python/R is an added advantage.
•Ability to work collaboratively with business, operations, engineering, and vendor teams in a fast-paced environment.
•Analyse and improve logistics processes across transportation planning, freight management, warehouse operations, and last‑mile delivery.
• Develop As‑Is / To‑Be process maps, BRDs, FRDs and user stories for business and system requirements.
•Perform logistics data analysis using SQL (mandatory) to identify cost drivers, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities; use Python for deeper analysis when required.
