Job Title: Relationship Officer – HL, LAP & MSME Loans

Experience: 1–3 years in HL, LAP, or MSME loan sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and MSME Loans through field visits, DSAs, and referrals.
- Conduct daily customer visits to generate leads and follow up.
- Handle the complete loan process: customer profiling, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Meet assigned monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of field sales experience in HL, LAP, or MSME loans.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel.
