HR InternAbout the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in Recruitment and HR Operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring-related documentation.
Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, walk-in interviews, and other talent acquisition activities.
Assist with offer documentation, pre-joining follow-ups, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR documentation and administrative activities.
Assist with attendance, leave, employee data, and other basic HR operations.
Support employee induction, engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, as required.




Provide overall coordination and administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Prior internship or exposure to HR/recruitment is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
