Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Process Associates. The role involves interacting with employees of client organizations over calls, addressing their concerns, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound employee support calls professionally.
Understand employee concerns and provide accurate assistance.
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain transparent and effective communication with employees.
Ensure a positive customer service experience during every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate and above.
Solid communication skills .
Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand employee concerns and respond appropriately.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
