We are looking for passionate Trainers who can travel to Palghar & Nashik government schools, to deliver engaging classroom sessions for Government School students (Classes 6–10) on Life Skills, Soft Skills, Digital Literacy, and Gender Sensitivity for girl students. The role involves facilitating interactive learning, tracking learner progress, and supporting students' overall development.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
Create an engaging, learner-centred classroom setting.
Use interactive teaching methods and experiential learning techniques.
Assess learner progress and maintain training records.
Coordinate with school authorities and the project team.
Participate in review meetings and adhere to programme guidelines.

Palghar, Nashik

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)




Certification in Training/Teaching/Coaching preferred
Minimum 2 years of classroom training or teaching experience
Experience with Government Schools is preferred

Compensation

Freelance engagement | Compensation based on experience and performance, and travel frequency between the locations.
