Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented E-commerce & Quick Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Blinkit, and Zepto. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory coordination, campaign execution, order management, and platform performance optimization to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations on Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and other e-commerce platforms.
Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure product availability.
Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer escalations.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and platform advertisements.
Track sales performance, platform analytics, and prepare regular MIS reports.
Coordinate with platform account managers for onboarding, visibility campaigns, and issue resolution.
Ensure timely updating of stock, pricing, and catalog information across all platforms.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.




Improve product ranking, visibility, and conversion rates through marketplace optimization strategies.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and operational SLAs.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce operations.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit Seller Hub, and Zepto platforms.
Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Good analytical and reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with online advertising and promotional tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations.
Experience in FMCG, retail, D2C, or consumer brands preferred.
