Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, acquire current clients, and grow the company's digital marketing business. The candidate will identify potential clients, understand their requirements, pitch suitable services, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, social media, referrals, and online research.
Identify businesses that can benefit from digital marketing services.
Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and explain suitable solutions.
Pitch services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Graphic Design, Video Marketing, and Website Development.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Prepare proposals and negotiate with potential clients.
Maintain lead and follow-up records using CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable solutions for clients.
Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.




Build robust relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
0 - 2 Years of Experience in sales/business development or digital marketing is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
