Position Overview: The Manager in Module Quality leads the quality control department, managing all aspects of quality assurance for raw materials used in solar module manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the entire quality control department.
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes and standards.
Conduct advanced quality inspections, testing, and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality improvement projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in quality control, including leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of advanced quality control processes, tools, and standards.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
