Job Description – BIM Architect / BIM Modeller (Draftsman)

Role: BIM Architect / BIM Modeller (Draftsman)

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Required Software Skills
AutoCAD
Revit (BIM Modelling – Architecture, Structure & MEP Services) Mandatory

Key Requirements
Candidate must have hands-on experience in BIM Modelling.
Should have understanding of:
Architectural Plans
Working Drawings
Structural Drawings
MEP Drawings
Must be able to read and understand technical drawings and identify what is happening in the design/drawing.
Knowledge of coordination between Architecture, Structure, and MEP services will be preferred.

Responsibilities
Create and modify BIM models using Revit.




Prepare detailed architectural and working drawings.
Coordinate with design and execution teams.
Maintain drawing standards and project documentation.
Support project planning through accurate modelling and drafting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.Tech/B.Arch related background preferred.
Positive drafting and detailing knowledge.
Attention to detail and coordination skills.
Ability to work on deadlines and project requirements.BIM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
