Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms
Create engaging videos for client social media pages
Edit videos for Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns
Create promotional videos for Adsthrive's products and services
Edit testimonials, educational videos, talking-head videos and promotional content
Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music and motion graphics
Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos
Follow platform-specific formats, dimensions and export requirements
Organise and maintain the company's growing library of raw footage and edited content

What We Are Looking For
Fresher / 0–2 years of experience in video editing or content creation
Robust knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator




Good understanding of short-form social media editing
Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions and storytelling
Good eye for typography, layout, colours and visual consistency
Ability to understand a brief and independently execute the creative
Willingness to learn current tools, trends and AI-powered creative workflows
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced agency environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
