Are you an operations-minded technology qualified who enjoys investigating incidents, understanding what’s really happening, and taking ownership from detection through escalation?
We’re looking for a NOC / Operations Analyst to join our team and support critical production systems in a 24x7 environment.
What we’re looking for:
24x7 NOC, Production Support, or Operations experience
Robust incident triage and escalation skills
Experience monitoring critical production applications and infrastructure
Experience coordinating major incident bridges
Ability to assess alerts and identify real business impact
Solid troubleshooting, investigation, and communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure and with incomplete information
Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset
Technical experience preferred:
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / GKE
Kubernetes
AppDynamics or similar APM tools
Splunk or similar log-management platforms
SolarWinds or similar monitoring tools
Jira / Jira Service Management
OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call platforms
API and service monitoring
Production application support
We’re looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, proactive, and willing to investigate rather than simply acknowledge alerts.
